About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Client Growth Manager to join our US team. As a key member of our commercial operations team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic client growth plans to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
  • Collaborate with senior commercial leadership to set commercial objectives and build client relationships.
  • Deliver superior customer experiences through proactive engagement and effective communication.
  • Manage and maintain the opportunity pipeline using internal sales management systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and industry developments to inform client growth strategies.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of achieving sales objectives and demonstrable planning and forecasting skills.
  • Existing network within the online advertising industry in the US.
  • Proven experience in managing high budgets and revenues and large clients.
  • Extensive experience of running accounts/client relationship management.
  • Traffic or ad operations experience.
  • Comfort presenting solutions and upselling to clients.
  • Excellent communication skills (both with clients and with internal teams).
  • Strong skills in client-centricity and building relationships.
  • Proactivity, problem-solving ability, and strategic thinking.
