Business Development Manager - Commercial Construction

The Business Development Manager - Commercial Construction will be responsible for cultivating and mining relationships to sell and cross-sell services to new and existing customers. This will involve overseeing client development leadership for assigned offices and territories, tracking and reporting key market information, and facilitating strategy meetings with clients.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in outside sales, preferably in the A/E/C space, with 5+ years of business development experience and direct experience in environmental, geotechnical, building science, and construction materials testing and inspections. They will be experienced in presenting and selling to developers, engineers, architects, and other construction industry professionals.

Responsibilities will include:

• Cultivating and mining relationships to sell and cross-sell services to new and existing customers
• Overseeing client development leadership for assigned offices and territories
• Tracking and reporting key market information
• Facilitating strategy meetings with clients

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of business development experience in the A/E/C space
• Direct experience in environmental, geotechnical, building science, and construction materials testing and inspections
• Experienced in presenting and selling to developers, engineers, architects, and other construction industry professionals
• Proficient with CRM's, Microsoft Office, and other software
