We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our Food and Beverage team at Omni Hotels & Resorts. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Food and Beverage Director and Assistant Director, ensuring the smooth operation of the department.
Key Responsibilities- Design and layout menus and promotional materials for the Food and Beverage Department.
- Process weekly payroll and provide support to all Food and Beverage departments through the Kronos system.
- Maintain up-to-date BEO menu books and coordinate Food and Beverage meetings.
- Produce and consolidate weekly management schedules for all F&B departments.
- Maintain stationary supplies and proper filing systems.
- Assist in food and beverage outlets as needed.
- Customer Service experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Delphi or similar programs.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Able to deliver and communicate to diverse crowds of associates.
