About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Account Manager to join our team in Overland Park, KS. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading innovator in mobile-first supply chain software.

In this role, you will serve as the internal point person and liaison for our company's customers in North America, ensuring total customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibility will be interacting with customers on an ongoing basis, entering orders, and handling requests in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.

You will leverage other Cloud Inventory resources, such as presales engineers, to help identify new software, hardware, and service opportunities that align with our customers' corporate strategy and help exceed sales goals.
