Key Responsibilities
- Deliver warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
- Process guest arrivals and departures, managing room assignments and key distribution with accuracy and efficiency.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information on hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Process payments and handle cash and credit transactions in accordance with hotel policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless operations and address any guest concerns.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel management systems.
