Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Spa Receptionist to join our team at HEI Hotels. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Check-In/Check-Out
    • Greet and check in guests, providing prompt and courteous service
    • Close out guest accounts upon completion of services
  • Front Desk Operations
    • Handle cash, make change, and balance an assigned house bank
    • Accept and record vouchers, travelers checks, and other forms of payment
  • Communication
    • Promptly answer the telephone using positive and clear communication
    • Retrieve messages and communicate the content to the guest
  • Problem Resolution
    • Field guest complaints, conducting thorough research to develop effective solutions
    • Negotiate results and extend assistance to resolve problems

Requirements

  • Considerable skill in the use of a calculator to prepare moderately complex mathematical calculations
  • Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers, requiring high levels of patience, tact, and diplomacy
  • Ability to stand and move throughout the spa, continuously performing essential job functions
