Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Receptionist to support our client's facility in San Francisco, CA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and maintaining a positive and professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service:
    • Greet and assist employees and visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
    • Organize and manage incoming mail and packages, ensuring timely delivery and follow-up.
    • Collect and load used dishes into the dishwasher, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.
    • Maintain the reception and office area, reporting any maintenance or repair issues.
    • Arrange transportation for clients and visitors as needed.
    • Book meeting rooms and coordinate site procedures.
  • HSE, Security & Quality:
    • Demonstrate a high level of security awareness, knowledge of emergency procedures, and Health & Safety protocols.
    • Issue ID and access badges for new hires, vendors, and visitors, maintaining accurate records.
    • Maintain the security sign-in book and support JLL's Quality Management program.
  • Site Operations:
    • Conduct daily meeting room checks in satellite offices.
    • Assist in coordinating equipment repairs and maintenance, as well as ordering office supplies.

Requirements:

  • Experience in hotel reception, restaurant, or retail environments.
  • Self-sufficiency and ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Working Hours:

Monday - Thursday, 8 a.m. - 1 p.m. or 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. (20 hours a week).

Compensation:

$20-28/HR.
