JLL has an opportunity for a Part-time Receptionist to support our client's facility in San Fransisco, CA.

What some of your day will look like:

Customer Service

Greet, assist, and direct employees and visitors to the appropriate staff member.

Organize incoming mail, and email the recipient for package pick up.

Collect and load any used dishes into the dishwasher and run and empty them when the cycle has been completed.

Maintain the reception and office area in good order. Report anything that is broken.

Arrange taxis for client staff and visitors as requested.

Book onsite meeting rooms as per client requests and site procedures.

HSE, Security & Quality

Demonstrate a permanent high level of security awareness, knowledge of emergency evacuation procedures, procedures for visits from local authorities as well as general Health & Safety

Issue ID and access badges for new hires/vendors/visitors and maintain record of same.

Maintain the security sign-in book

Understand & actively support JLL’s Quality Management program

Site Operations

Conduct daily meeting room checks when in satellite offices

Assist in coordinating the repair and maintenance of office equipment and ordering office supplies.

Who we are looking for:

Experience in hotel reception, restaurant, or retail

You must be self-sufficient, this is a stand-alone position

Proficient with Microsoft Office

Schedule: Monday - Thursday 8 a.m. - 1 p.m. or 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. (20 hours a week).

Pay $20-28/HR

Estimated total compensation ran for this position is:

20.00 – 28.00 USD per year

The pay range listed is a total compensation range including bonus, if applicable. The provided range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
