Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our Building & Construction team in Columbus, OH. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for cultivating and mining relationships with existing and potential clients to drive sales and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the construction industry
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Manage and track sales performance, including forecasting and reporting
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our services and solutions to effectively communicate their value to clients

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of business development experience in the construction industry
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
