Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our Building & Construction team in Columbus, OH. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for cultivating and mining relationships with existing and potential clients to drive sales and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the construction industry
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Manage and track sales performance, including forecasting and reporting
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our services and solutions to effectively communicate their value to clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of business development experience in the construction industry
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
