Position: Home Comfort Advisor - HVAC Sales for Residential Clients

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build rapport with customers to recommend suitable products and services
  • Develop and maintain key client relationships, effectively negotiating and closing sales
  • Prepare accurate sales proposals to facilitate seamless transitions to the installation team
  • Conduct measurements and document site conditions to assist the installation team
  • Compile a comprehensive list of materials to ensure efficient installations
  • Maintain effective communication with the parts team and installation crews
  • Educate customers on our products and pricing to create informed buyers
  • Gain expertise in the local market and understand customer needs
  • Assist in setting ambitious sales targets and proposing service expansions

Working Conditions:

  • Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
  • Ability to navigate ladders and work in elevated spaces
  • Comfortable working in attics and confined areas
  • Adaptability to various weather conditions

Qualifications:

  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to establish customer rapport and encourage repeat business
  • Goal-oriented mindset
  • Flexibility in scheduling to meet organizational needs
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
  • Clear criminal background and successful pre-employment drug screening
  • Positive, energetic, and self-motivated attitude

Experience and Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in HVAC or home services
  • EPA Certification preferred
  • NATE Certification preferred
