As a Sales Coordinator for the HVAC Division, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the flow of sales leads generated from various sources. This role is essential in ensuring that opportunities are maximized for revenue generation and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with technicians to identify and set up sales leads effectively.
  • Facilitate a smooth transition of leads from technicians to the sales team.
  • Engage with customers to prioritize leads and collect relevant information for the sales process.
  • Manage sales call priorities and allocate resources based on business requirements.
  • Generate and distribute reports to assist the dispatch team in lead management.
  • Monitor and evaluate the outcomes of sales calls and open opportunities.
  • Focus on unsold opportunities to enhance sales and service performance.
  • Conduct timely follow-ups on unsold leads to recover potential sales.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, negotiating and closing sales effectively.
  • Establish rapport with customers to recommend suitable products and services.
  • Keep the customer database updated with accurate and comprehensive information.

Qualifications:

  • Strong multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Previous experience in customer service is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Service-Titan is preferred but not mandatory.

Experience and Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience is required.
  • Sales experience is a plus.
