The HVAC Sales Support Specialist at Len the Plumber Heating and Air will be responsible for managing all incoming market and technology-driven leads. This position will focus on optimizing lead prioritization to enhance revenue opportunities. Additionally, the role will involve proactive outreach on pending service and sales estimates to convert outstanding prospects into new business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with technicians to establish sales leads
  • Facilitate a smooth transition from technicians to Sales Consultants
  • Engage with customers to prioritize leads and collect valuable information for the sales team
  • Manage sales calls and allocate Sales Consultants based on operational needs
  • Generate and schedule reports for the dispatch team to manage leads effectively
  • Monitor outcomes of all sales calls and open opportunities
  • Identify and prioritize unsold opportunities for both sales and service teams
  • Conduct timely follow-ups on unsold opportunities to retain potential sales and drive revenue
  • Build and nurture key client relationships, negotiating and closing deals
  • Establish rapport with customers to recommend appropriate products and services
  • Maintain and update the customer database with accurate and comprehensive information

Qualifications:

  • Strong multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail and prioritization skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • Prior experience in customer service is advantageous
  • Familiarity with ServiceTitan is preferred but not mandatory

Experience/Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience
  • Sales experience is a plus
