**About the Role:**
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Sales and Automation Solutions Expert. This role will focus on building strong relationships with commercial clients, driving sales growth, and providing customized automation solutions that meet their unique needs.
**Responsibilities:*
- Pursue new business opportunities in the building automation sector, generating leads and closing deals.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy targeting commercial properties, contractors, and project managers.
- Meet with clients to assess their automation needs, offer tailored solutions, and provide expert advice on integrating systems.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and industry trends.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in building automation or related fields.
- Familiarity with building automation systems, energy management systems, and smart technology integrations.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
**Compensation and Benefits:**
- Competitive salary based on experience ($80,000 - $110,000 per year).
