Role Description

The Optical Retail Expert is a key member of our sales team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth at Sunglass Hut. This role requires a talented individual who can create an authentic, fun, and energizing experience for all customers.

About the Salary

This position offers a competitive salary range of $38,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Additionally, you may be eligible for a bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package.

As a Customer Experience Representative, you will be responsible for cultivating new and existing customer relationships, building brand loyalty, and consistently delivering sales plans and company objectives.
