**Job Description:**
We are looking for a highly motivated Commercial Building Automation Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and developing innovative automation solutions.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Pursue new business opportunities and close deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Develop and implement a sales strategy targeting commercial properties, contractors, and project managers.
- Assess client automation needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Stay updated on the latest technologies and industry trends.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in building automation or related fields.
- Familiarity with building automation systems, energy management systems, and smart technology integrations.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
