Capture Manager Job Description

CSG Talent is seeking a highly skilled Capture Manager to lead our multi-functional teams in developing compelling capture strategies on active opportunities. The ideal candidate will leverage competitive information and the company's expertise in its core competencies to drive success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute capture plans to define the path to winning opportunities
  • Work closely with Business Development to identify strong teaming partners and negotiate value-driven agreements
  • Lead multi-functional teams to drive progress on active captures
  • Develop and refine value propositions and win themes based on customer interactions and competitive intelligence
  • Coordinate with solution architects, proposal resources, partners, and consultants to drive progress on active captures
  • Work with pricing to develop a price-to-win strategy that ensures program and financial risks are mitigated
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, information technology, or a related field
  • Eight or more years of experience in Federal Capture Management
  • Experience in coordinating/managing multi-functional capture teams
  • Experience working with Client Delivery teams to develop and oversee potential solutions for new opportunities
  • US Citizenship required; Eligibility to obtain and maintain a security clearance as required
Preferred Qualifications:
  • DC Metro location
  • Proposal writing experience
  • Experience and relationships at the DOT/FAA, SEC, GSA, or DHS
  • Strong web proficiency (able to navigate sites such as GovWinIQ, USA Spending, and Hubspot)
  • Experience with Modern Software Development, Cloud Solutions, and/or Advanced Analytics
