Capture Manager Job Description

C1 Inc is seeking a highly skilled Capture Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Capture Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement capture strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business opportunities
  • Evaluate and prioritize potential opportunities based on strategic fit, risk factors, and alignment with organizational capabilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive approach to capture efforts
  • Oversee the preparation of compelling proposals, ensuring compliance with client requirements and alignment with capture strategies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Proven experience in capture management within the government contracting industry
  • Strong understanding of government procurement processes
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
