Capture Manager Lead

CSG Talent is seeking a seasoned Capture Manager to lead our multi-functional teams in developing compelling capture strategies on active opportunities. As a key member of our Business Development team, you will leverage competitive information and our company's expertise to drive success.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute capture plans to win opportunities
- Collaborate with Business Development to identify strong teaming partners and negotiate agreements
- Lead multi-functional teams to drive progress on active captures
- Work with pricing to develop a price-to-win strategy
- Identify gaps in capabilities and resources, and develop plans to fill them
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Eight or more years of experience in Federal Capture Management
- Experience in coordinating multi-functional capture teams
- US Citizenship required; Eligibility to obtain and maintain a security clearance
- DC Metro location
- Proposal writing experience
- Experience and relationships at the DOT/FAA, SEC, GSA, or DHS
- Strong web proficiency
- Experience with Modern Software Development, Cloud Solutions, and/or Advanced Analytics
