Customer Service Representative
At Qonten, we are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and building lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Assist customers with their insurance policy needs, including coverage questions, billing issues, and general policy reviews.
- Offer additional products and services that align with customer needs.
Qualifications:
- Property & Casualty license is preferred; however, we provide opportunities for candidates to obtain this during training.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to navigate multiple systems and manage customer information effectively.
