Job Summary

Kennebec Pharmacy & Home Care is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Correspondence Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Revenue Cycle Team, you will be responsible for processing incoming correspondence, responding to customer inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process daily mail, batching, and faxes in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and customer-focused manner.
  • Efficiently process and data enter assigned claim files and claim payments.
  • Provide support to internal teams as needed, including inventory management and ordering supplies.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Access and utilize our claims system to generate loss runs and claim reports as requested.
  • Handle all phases of customer inquiries received by telephone or correspondence.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks for multiple customers in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn our claims system.
  • Knowledge of billing and collections is a plus.
