About the Role

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team at Grand Canyon Education, Inc. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the Northern California territory, identifying and implementing event/activity plans to drive inquiry generation, and building awareness of our online academic programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and drive business growth in the Northern California territory.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including prospective students, their families, and partners.
  • Provide exceptional counseling to prospective students, guiding them through the admissions process and promoting Grand Canyon University student success.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Outstanding time management skills and ability to prioritize competing priorities.
  • Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-motivation and drive to succeed, with a strong desire to make a difference in the lives of our students.
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to demonstrate empathy.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a flexible schedule.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
