We are seeking an Identity and Access Management Analyst to lend expertise in business operations and the analysis of an ICAM solution for a Federal Agency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and users to document their requirements and develop business processes that align with the overall ICAM capabilities and strategic roadmap for the federal agency.
  • Support the federal agency's ICAM strategy by defining and refining the agency's ICAM business requirements.
  • Facilitate the implementation of ICAM initiatives across the federal agency, providing use cases for integrating new ICAM solutions within the existing ecosystem.
  • Establish a consistent set of standards and integration support as necessary for onboarding applications or components onto the new ICAM solution.
  • Lead business reviews and secure necessary agency consensus and approval for assigned ICAM initiatives.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Essential Skills
  • 5+ years of experience in business analyst roles, particularly focusing on ICAM solutions and projects.
  • Familiarity with existing initiatives, directives, and goals, including but not limited to:
    • Homeland Security Presidential Directive-12 (HSPD-12)
    • FIPS 201
    • DHS 4300A
    • NIST SP rev 5
    • NIST SP
    • OMB and Executive Orders related to Cybersecurity and Identity Management
  • Proficient in securely applying identity, access, and authentication best practices within a federal context.
  • Knowledgeable in Single-Sign On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP), Active Directory (AD), Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), and identity federation and governance.
  • Experience in supporting Privileged Access Management (PAM) requirements and lifecycle management.
  • Coordinate with program management and clients to ensure problems are well-defined and solutions meet customer needs.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
  • Develop documentation for new or existing systems.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Experience leading cross-functional technical projects from inception to launch.
  • A proven track record of initiative and resourcefulness in achieving ambitious objectives.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
  • Ability to establish and maintain relationships with both internal and external clients.
  • A proactive approach to tackling projects of varying sizes and a collaborative, low-ego mindset when working across the organization.

Clearance Requirement
US Citizenship is required. Active DOD Secret or DHS Public Trust is preferred. Ability to obtain clearance is necessary.
