Project Description:

  • The Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) Unit is seeking a Contractor to handle reporting, analytics, dashboarding, and general automation tasks.
  • The individual may also support various operational tasks delegated by senior members of the team

Background:

  • The ICAM Unit seeks the services of a Contractor to work alongside existing staff and stakeholders to support business solutions.
  • The Contractor shall:
    • Develop executive-facing reporting and dashboarding solutions that are responsive to customer needs.
    • Support ICAM Unit projects that require a level of analytics.
    • Develop automations and other process improvements related to tasks that unit currently handles manually, such as processing request forms and managing workflows.

Requirements:

  • The candidate shall possess the knowledge and skills set forth in the Specialized Cybersecurity and Privacy Support Services BOA, Section H.3.e. for Junior Identity, Credential, and Access Management, with the following set of specific knowledge and experience:
  • Strong hands-on experience producing dynamic reports and dashboards leveraging tools such as PowerBI, Splunk, and Excel.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL querying and data analysis techniques.
  • Ability to leverage Power Apps, ServiceNow, and other low-code/no-code products to build scalable business applications with workflows.
  • Understanding and experience leveraging robotic process automation (RPA) to assist with automating manual and mundane tasks.
  • Knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts and how it can be applied to analyzing data or automating manual tasks.
  • Scripting skills, such as PowerShell and SQL, are preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • The candidate shall provide support for the Board's ICAM Unit that includes, but is not limited to, the following tasks:
  • Provide technical expertise related to analytics within an ICAM setting.
  • Plan, design, test, and implement business applications and analytical products.
  • Create dashboards and reports for leadership, to include the reporting of metrics related to multifactor authentication (MFA), hybrid identities, and PIV cards.
  • Automate manual business processes using no-code or low-code solutions.
  • Support efforts to improve the user experience of existing forms and workflows.
  • Assist with reporting required by federal mandates.
  • Provide day-to-day operational support of tools that interact with Active Directory, Azure AD, and Okta.
