Banking Center Operations Supervisor

As a key member of our team at OneZone, you will take on the role of the primary operations leader within the Banking Center. Your responsibilities will include supporting the Banking Center Manager in driving business growth, managing client accounts, fostering customer relationships, and developing staff capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service consistently to all clients.
  • Champion the Culture of Excellence, ensuring the team adheres to these standards.
  • Act as the main operations leader of the Banking Center.
  • Guide and mentor team members in their professional development.
  • Adhere to all banking regulations and internal policies to maintain compliance.
  • Implement security measures to safeguard against fraud and other risks.
  • Oversee loss prevention strategies related to overdue loans and accounts.
  • Analyze daily account management reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Conduct regular audits as specified in the Banking Center Audit Control Sheet.
  • Facilitate the opening of new personal and business accounts.
  • Process loan requests in accordance with established lending authority.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Banking Center operations, including ATM and vault management.
  • Ensure all staff are well-versed in the features and benefits of our products and services.
  • Assess customer needs and provide tailored financial solutions to enhance satisfaction.
  • Identify business development opportunities and engage with current and potential clients.
  • Represent OneZone in the community to enhance our reputation and build connections.
  • Assist in strategizing methods to improve client relationship management.
  • Support the Banking Center Manager in operational planning and staff management.
  • Maintain budgetary discipline within the Banking Center.
  • Participate in the hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluation of team members.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years in retail banking with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
  • Proven ability to mentor and lead staff effectively.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills, demonstrating professionalism.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with diverse individuals.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficient in computer systems and teller operations.
  • Strong mathematical skills with the ability to analyze data for decision-making.

Experience Required: High school diploma or GED, 2 years of retail banking experience, and a background in customer service.
