Position Overview:
The Customer Experience Specialist at Renasant Bank is a vital role designed to enhance client satisfaction in a dynamic call center setting. This position focuses on delivering outstanding service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and assisting customers with their needs.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers through a high volume of calls, ensuring a positive interaction with each individual.
  • Actively listen to customer concerns to accurately identify the purpose of their call and provide relevant information.
  • Promote and explain banking products and services, effectively utilizing the discovery process to meet customer needs.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the financial sector and the specific offerings of Renasant Bank.
  • Adhere to confidentiality protocols while managing sensitive customer information in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Process various customer transactions with precision, including transfers, payments, and account inquiries.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling bank products and services through proactive engagement with customers.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training to enhance knowledge of banking practices and customer service excellence.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment by supporting colleagues and contributing to team goals.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education preferred.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in customer service or sales is essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are necessary.
  • Proven ability to achieve individual and team performance metrics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on professionalism.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented atmosphere.
  • Familiarity with banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements is advantageous.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, including potential overtime and weekend shifts.
