- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the financial sector and the organization’s policies, procedures, products, and services.
Performance Expectations:
- Achieve or surpass established performance metrics for service and sales while ensuring an exceptional client experience.
- Safeguard the confidentiality and security of client information in accordance with regulatory and organizational guidelines.
- Respond to inquiries regarding a diverse range of financial services promptly and effectively.
- Accurately process client transactions, including transfers, stop payments, and loan-related activities.
- Identify banking needs through proactive engagement with clients and promote relevant products and services professionally.
- Investigate and resolve client issues and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Stay informed about Customer Experience Center policies, banking products, and operational procedures to mitigate risks.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance knowledge of the organization and role.
- Exhibit a positive team spirit and a willingness to assist both internal and external clients.
- Perform additional related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college education preferred.
- A minimum of one year of experience in customer service and/or sales is required.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proven ability to achieve individual and team sales and customer experience objectives.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, including a pleasant tone and exceptional telephone etiquette.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with others to resolve issues and meet needs.
- Strong sales and marketing capabilities with a proven track record in selling financial products and services preferred.
- Ability to work cooperatively in a team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of banking policies, procedures, regulations, and operational issues related to financial products preferred.
- Flexibility to work in a demanding and fast-paced environment, including potential Saturday rotations.
