Responsibilities


• Deliver outstanding customer account management by accurately establishing and maintaining account records and information

• Oversee and manage Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Accounts Payable processes and operations

• Conduct administrative tasks, data entry, reporting, and reconciliation related to asset and inventory management and procurement

• Collaborate with the Customer Service Center (CSC), regional, and corporate teams to guarantee high standards of customer service and achieve operational efficiencies

• Assist with route forecasting, maintenance, and the scheduling of daily service operations, installations, and repairs

Qualifications


• At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or accounting capacity

• High School diploma or GED preferred

• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office, data entry, and the ability to generate and analyze reports

• Capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritizing responsibilities in a collaborative environment
