Overview:


The TM Client Service Specialist I will play a vital role in providing exceptional support and sales assistance for Treasury Management products to esteemed internal clients.

This position involves collaborating with high-profile clients to address routine sales inquiries, preparing proposals, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling within the existing client base.

Success in this role hinges on delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring client satisfaction. Key attributes include meticulous attention to detail, promptness, and the ability to produce accurate documentation while having a comprehensive understanding of internal systems.

Ideal candidates will exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills, sales acumen, relationship management capabilities, as well as analytical and problem-solving abilities. Organizational skills and effective time management are also essential.

Adaptability and flexibility in processes, technology, and industry standards are crucial for success in this role.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate the execution of all necessary implementation agreements, contracts, and documentation.
  • Manage paperwork submission and maintain communication with clients regarding implementation status.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve client issues; engage with business partners and maintain communication with customers, TM Sales Officers, and/or Relationship Managers.
  • Proactively assess, recommend, and implement improvements to operational processes and procedures to enhance departmental efficiency.
  • Act as a point of escalation for clients to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities that can benefit our existing clientele.
  • Collaborate with vendors as needed for third-party services.
  • Independently oversee workflow and manage role expectations with minimal supervision.
  • Keep management updated on area activities and any significant challenges.

Qualifications:
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to foster and maintain effective relationships.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up capabilities.
  • Professional demeanor with integrity, trustworthiness, and the ability to handle confidential information.
  • 2-5 years of experience in Treasury Management.
  • Advanced knowledge of Banking and Treasury Management principles.
  • Availability for flexible hours between 7 AM and 6 PM.
  • Experience in a Call Center environment.
