Position Overview:
The Client Relations Specialist will collaborate with fellow team members in a professional call center setting to deliver outstanding service to our clients by addressing inquiries, managing complaints, and resolving customer issues.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle a significant volume of inbound and outbound calls, ensuring a positive experience for each client.
  • Engage with customers to comprehend the purpose of their calls, provide relevant information, and explain products to both potential and existing clients.

  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the financial industry and the organization’s policies, procedures, products, and services.
  • Meet or exceed established performance standards for service and sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Safeguard customer information in accordance with regulatory and company guidelines.
  • Process customer transactions accurately, including transfers, stop payments, loan payments, and loan payoffs.
  • Identify banking needs through proactive engagement with customers and promote bank products and services professionally.
  • Investigate, track, and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Stay informed about Customer Experience Center policies, bank products, and relevant regulations to mitigate unnecessary risks.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance knowledge of the company and role.
  • Exhibit a positive team spirit and a willingness to assist both internal and external customers.
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college education preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service and/or sales required.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to achieve individual and team sales and customer experience goals.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with a pleasant tone and exceptional telephone etiquette.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with others in a professional manner to resolve issues and meet needs.
  • Strong sales and marketing skills with a demonstrated ability to sell financial products and services preferred.
  • Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of banking policies, procedures, regulations, and operational issues related to retail deposit and loan products preferred.
  • Flexibility to work in a demanding and fast-paced environment, with hours that may exceed 40 hours per week.
