Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Caregiver Specialist to join our team at Vitality Living. As a Caregiver Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with daily activities, treatments, and emotional support as outlined in their care plans.
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and revise care plans, ensuring they are tailored to each resident's unique needs and preferences.
  • Monitor and report any changes or concerns to the care team, including any issues related to resident health or well-being.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance your skills and knowledge in providing high-quality care.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Wellness Director to support the care team.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
  • Meet any certification or training requirements as specified by state or provincial regulations.
