Industrial Sales Specialist Opportunity

e3 Diagnostics is a leading provider of audiology equipment sales and service solutions in the United States. We are seeking an experienced Industrial Sales Specialist to join our team and cover the Western region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect for new business and build relationships with existing accounts to grow equipment sales, service revenue, and parts/supply sales within the defined territory.
  • Create and implement an annual business plan to maximize e3 revenue and profit growth in the Industrial/Occupational Health segment.
  • Develop a strong understanding of all products and services offered and execute customer user training and ongoing support of all Occupational Health related equipment.
  • Work closely with regional sales managers to create growth plans for clinical accounts with occupational health departments.
  • Grow the customer base by adding new accounts for service, supplies, and new equipment sales, and create new partnerships with customers.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of hands-on sales experience, preferably in the Occupational Health equipment and service market.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to identify customer needs and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and delegate tasks when necessary.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check, and to use a power drill and other tools for equipment installations.
