FULL-TIME YOUTH JUSTICE ADVOCATE - JUSTICEWORKS FAMILY OF SERVICES JusticeWorks Family of Services is looking for a dedicated Youth Justice Advocate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting juveniles engaged with the justice system. This position involves collaborating with young offenders and their families to establish objectives that foster a secure and nurturing atmosphere, while ensuring adherence to probation requirements.

The Youth Justice Advocate will monitor the development of the juveniles and offer guidance on various subjects, including employment opportunities, housing solutions, mental health support, and other relevant issues that may arise. Qualifications for the Youth Justice Advocate include:
  • Associate's Degree is mandatory.
  • A valid driver's license, auto insurance, and access to a vehicle.
  • Ability to pass all necessary clearances.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
