Employee Relations Senior Manager

The Senior Manager of Employee Relations will ensure that Employee Relations principles and governance are aligned with business objectives in designated business units/client groups. This role will maintain an effective level of business acumen and digital literacy to support data-based decision making, drive functional resiliency, and foster an exceptional people culture.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain a best-in-class Employee Relations function
* Ensure employee concerns are handled timely, fairly, consistently, and in accordance with company values and all applicable laws
* Partner closely with the ER Director and HRBP function to deliver OneHR value-added service to the business and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization
* Provide subject matter expertise and deliver innovative solutions to HR Partners and leaders on ER matters, corrective actions, and performance management
* Work across multiple business lines and conduct ER investigations in accordance with best practices, guidelines, and key ER principles
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree required
* Typically requires a minimum of 7 years of experience in ER, or the equivalent combination of education and experience
* Proven experience in managing multiple projects/tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Fluent in English (proficient and conversant in French and Portuguese preferred)
* Demonstrated experience in process improvement
* Digital Literacy experience required, including Microsoft, Workday, Analytic dashboarding
* Human resources experience, including experience implementing HR strategies, expertise in the areas of employee experience, talent mobility, organizational effectiveness, management development, and change management
