Job Summary

The Senior Benefits Manager will oversee the administration of employee benefits for CentralSquare Technologies, a leading provider of enterprise software solutions. This role will manage all aspects of internal and external benefits administration, including healthcare, life insurance, disability, and other ancillary programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interact with HR, functional leaders, and staff to respond to employee questions and resolve problems related to benefits and policies.
  • Liaise with external benefit vendors and consultants to design and administer benefit plans.
  • Work closely with Human Resources, Finance, and Payroll teams to manage benefit enrollment and payroll deduction information.
  • Manage annual open enrollment, including communications, education, and system setup.
  • Assist with day-to-day employee communications and web-based administrative tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Benefits certification preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience with benefits administration.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • M&A experience preferred.
  • ADP WorkForceNow experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of Canadian benefits a plus.
