Employee Relations Manager

This role is all about ensuring our employee relations (ER) principles and governance align with business goals in specific units or client groups.
You'll need to have a solid understanding of the business and be comfortable with digital tools to support data-driven decisions, drive resilience, and foster a great people culture.
You'll help build and maintain a top-notch ER function, ensuring employee concerns are addressed promptly, fairly, and consistently, in line with company values and laws.
Working closely with the ER Director and HR Business Partners (HRBPs), you'll deliver value-added services that align with our business objectives.
Offer expert advice and innovative solutions on ER matters, corrective actions, and performance management to HR partners and leaders.
Conduct ER investigations across multiple business lines following best practices and key principles.
Collaborate with the ER team, HRBPs, Legal Department, and other partners to lead thorough and objective investigations into complaints about harassment, discrimination, retaliation, misconduct, and serious policy violations.
Be the go-to person for the PX team and HRBPs on ER-related issues.
Work with the ER Director to develop strategies that support the business and PX team, proactively creating solutions to address trends and support talent attraction, retention, and development.
