About the Role:

Gardner Resources Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager of Employee Relations to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and support to our employees and management team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement employee relations strategies to promote a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and management on employee relations matters
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR initiatives
  • Manage and resolve employee relations cases in a fair and timely manner
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, management, and external partners

Requirements:

  • 7 years of experience in Employee Relations, with a strong background in the Pharma industry
  • Proven track record of managing high case volumes and ER teams
  • Excellent communication, project management, and report writing skills
  • Digital literacy experience, including Microsoft, Workday, and analytic dashboarding
  • Bachelor's degree required
