Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops comprehensive responses to business challenges involving personnel, processes, technology, and information.
  • Acts as a consultant across a wide array of technologies, with a specialized emphasis on SAP solutions, driving targeted business outcomes while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture.
  • Engages with management, business leaders, IT architecture, and other stakeholders to connect the business roadmap with operational decisions, particularly in SAP-integrated environments.
  • Assesses the organizational impact of solutions architecture, including skills, processes, structures, and financial implications.
  • Delivers expert analysis, research, and designs for technical solutions that enhance business capabilities and processes.
  • Investigates and formulates implementation strategies for new or alternative technologies that advance business objectives and provide competitive advantages.
  • Stays informed about current technology trends within the industry and the applications utilized in our environment.
  • Mentors and collaborates with technical experts and enterprise architecture peers in SAP and Cloud domains.
  • Leads technical design, analysis, and realization.
  • Establishes principles, guidelines, standards, and solution patterns to ensure technical decisions align with the enterprise's future-state architecture vision.
  • Conducts evaluations, designs, and analyses for the implementation of solutions architecture across specific business applications or technologies based on enterprise strategy and requirements.
  • Translates business and technical requirements into actionable architectural blueprints, documenting all design and analysis work.
  • Creates architectural designs to guide solution development across products, services, projects, and systems, ensuring clarity and actionable insights.
  • Oversees governance activities to ensure compliance with architecture, development, and security standards.
  • Collaborates closely with product owners and project managers to ensure a robust architectural framework that supports future business needs throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Provides consulting support to application teams to ensure alignment with overall enterprise, solution, and application architectures, particularly in the SAP domain.
  • Guides and collaborates with technical subject matter experts and application team members to implement architectures that foster new business capabilities.



Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in IT solution development, particularly within SAP environments and Cloud technologies.
  • Experience leading the evaluation, design, and analysis of solutions that fulfill business objectives in complex SAP landscapes.
  • Expertise in designing end-to-end solutions utilizing SAP BTP services.
  • Experience mentoring development teams on SAP BTP technologies and methodologies.
  • Proficient in developing technology strategies, product evaluations, and technical roadmaps.
  • Experience with SAP ECC to S/4HANA migrations and Cloud-based application modernization.
  • Ability to deliver presentations to senior executives and technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with various software deployment models.
  • Demonstrated success in SAP implementation consulting across multiple clients.
  • Leadership experience in driving SAP migrations.
  • Experience working with global teams across multiple sites.
  • Knowledge of secure application architecture for healthcare, including compliance with relevant regulations.
