Job Overview

Position: IT Support Specialist

We are in search of a dedicated and skilled IT Support Specialist to enhance our operations at Atticus Advisory Solutions Inc. The successful candidate will possess a robust background in IT support and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. In this role, you will be tasked with delivering technical assistance to our clients, diagnosing and resolving IT challenges, and nurturing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver technical assistance to clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and remote access tools.
  • Diagnose and rectify hardware and software challenges faced by clients.
  • Ensure prompt and effective resolution of client IT concerns.
  • Maintain and foster client relationships, guaranteeing high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee and sustain client IT systems and networks.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and updates on client systems.
  • Create and uphold documentation regarding client systems and configurations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify and execute process enhancements.
  • Stay informed about the latest IT trends and technologies to continually enhance our services.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, preferably in a managed service provider (MSP) setting.
  • Proficient knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
  • Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Office Suite, and other standard business applications.
  • Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to emerging technologies and processes.
  • Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) are advantageous.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time role with standard working hours. However, occasional after-hours work may be necessary for network maintenance and support.
