Job Title: Direct Support Professional Lead

Pinnacle Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Professional Lead to join our team in Chaska. As a key member of our residential care team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, mental health diagnoses, and behavioral issues in a residential setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Meal planning and preparation to ensure a healthy and balanced diet for our residents
  • Facilitating community activities and outings using company vehicles to promote socialization and engagement
  • Providing personal and medical care, including assistance with dressing, bathing, and other daily living tasks
  • Behavior management and support to help residents manage their behaviors and achieve their goals
  • Medication administration and management to ensure the health and well-being of our residents
  • Providing administrative support to the Program Manager or Program Director to ensure the smooth operation of our residential care program
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, mental health diagnoses, and/or behavioral health support needs, preferably in a 245D setting
  • Current driver's license, current auto insurance, reliable transportation, and an acceptable driving record determined by Pinnacle Services policy
  • Must be 18 years or older and successfully pass a background check

  • Evening shifts from 2pm-10pm with flexibility in days of the week
