Job Title: Direct Support Professional

We are seeking dedicated and caring individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals at our Chaska locations. As a Direct Support Professional, you will have the opportunity to assist persons served with developmental disabilities, mental health diagnoses, and behavioral issues in a residential setting.

Job Summary:

Pinnacle Services is a leading provider of person-centered services to individuals with intellectual, developmental, or behavioral disabilities. We are committed to providing top-level services through residential services, in-home care, case management, and other supportive programs.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist persons served with daily living activities, including meal planning and preparation, personal care, and medication administration.
  • Facilitate community activities and outings, promoting socialization and engagement.
  • Provide behavioral support and management, using positive reinforcement techniques.
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized plans, promoting independence and self-advocacy.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in direct care or a related field preferred.
  • Current driver's license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a background check and maintain confidentiality.
