Job DescriptionAt Pinnacle Services, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Professional Lead to join our team in Chaska. As a Direct Support Professional Lead, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, mental health diagnoses, and behavioral issues in a residential setting. Your primary responsibility will be to assist persons served with daily living tasks, provide emotional support, and help them achieve their goals and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as meal planning and preparation, personal care, and medication administration.
  • Provide emotional support and encouragement to individuals served, helping them to build confidence and independence.
  • Facilitate community activities and outings, promoting socialization and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the Program Manager and Program Director to develop and implement individualized plans and goals.


Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, mental health diagnoses, and/or behavioral health support needs.
  • Current driver's license, current auto insurance, reliable transportation, and an acceptable driving record.
  • Must be 18 years or older and successfully pass a background check.
