Job Summary:

Pinnacle Services is seeking a full-time Direct Support Professional Lead for our evening shifts at our residential sites. The Direct Support Professional Lead will assist persons served with developmental disabilities, mental health diagnoses, and behavioral issues in a residential setting, providing support and encouragement to work towards outcomes/goals to gain life skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meal Planning and Preparation: Plan and prepare nutritious meals for individuals served.
  • Community Activities: Facilitate community activities using company vehicles, promoting socialization and engagement.
  • Personal and Medical Care: Assist with personal and medical cares, including dressing, bathing, and administering medication.
  • Behavior Management: Implement behavior management strategies to support individuals served.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Program Manager or Program Director.

Requirements:

  • Driver's License and Insurance: Current driver's license, current auto insurance, reliable transportation, and an acceptable driving record determined by Pinnacle Services policy.
  • Age and Background Check: Must be 18 years or older and successfully pass a background check.
