Job Summary

Mount Olivet Rolling Acres is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Lead Direct Support Professional to join our team. As a Medical Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the daily well-being and safety of our clients, while providing exceptional support and care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, personal care, and program implementation.
  • Coordinate and monitor client healthcare and medical appointments in a residential setting.
  • Assist with household maintenance and housekeeping, and perform various tasks to support the home.
  • Work collaboratively with the IDT and MORA team to ensure seamless care and support.
  • Develop and implement person-centered programs in accordance with the Coordinated Service and Support Plan (CSSP) and Coordinated Service and Support Plan Addendum (CSSP-A).
Requirements
  • Must pass Department of Human Services background check and maintain qualified status.
  • Must not be excluded from working in government health programs by the Office of Inspector General.
  • Must have a valid current driver's license and vehicle insurance as required by state law.
  • Successful completion of Medication Administration class and regular passing of medications using correct procedure without error.
