We are in search of a Lead Project Supervisor to enhance our vibrant team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in guiding the expansion and enhancement of our services. Your key responsibilities will encompass:

  • Strategizing, organizing, and overseeing CT services
  • Acting as a representative for advanced initiatives
  • Driving business development efforts
  • Establishing and nurturing client partnerships
  • Supervising project managers and technical personnel
  • Ensuring excellence in project execution
  • Coordinating project priorities and staffing arrangements

To excel in this position, you should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, a valid Ohio Professional Engineer (P.E.) License, and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience. Strong communication abilities, the capacity to work autonomously, and established client connections in the Northwestern Ohio region are also vital.
