Senior Project Manager - Civil Engineering

Job Overview

As a Senior Project Manager specializing in Civil Engineering at Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC), you will collaborate closely with our leadership team within the civil/site division to strategize and implement projects across various sectors, including private, public, and energy. Your role will involve effective communication with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and advancing your professional journey.



Key Responsibilities

In this position, you will:

  • Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, including environmental, ecological, and surveying experts, to fulfill project-specific requirements.
  • Oversee and mentor junior staff, fostering their professional growth.
  • Participate in industry events and client meetings to enhance networking and business development.


Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
  • A Professional Engineering License (P.E.).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to mentor and develop team members.
  • Expertise in conducting technical reviews of Civil Engineering deliverables.
  • Experience in proposal preparation and project management.
  • Strong client interfacing skills and business development acumen.
