About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Design roadways, grading, drainage, and utilities for public, private, and institutional projects
  • Prepare site civil engineering plans, grading and erosion control plans, paving plans, watermain, storm sewer, and sanitary sewer plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Professional Engineer (PE) or Engineer in Training (EIT) certification preferred
  • 4+ years of experience in civil engineering design, with a focus on land development projects
  • Strong knowledge of utility design, site grading, storm water management systems, zoning research, and permitting procedures
  • Proficiency in engineering software, including AutoCAD and Civil 3D
