Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: Serve as senior project engineer, performing in-depth evaluation and alternative analyses to support project decisions and resolve unusual and complex situations.
  • Business Development: Lead and participate in pursuits and campaigns for major business opportunities; engage directly in relationship development, positioning, win strategies, and teaming.
  • Relationship Building: Engage in the development and maintenance of relationships between the company, strategic partners, and clients to expand business opportunities.
  • Market Analysis: Collaborate with senior leadership to assess potential local markets and analyze business opportunities, contributing directly to regional business strategies.
  • Technical Expertise: Support Project Manager(s) with technical evidence-based proposals as project issues arise with clients, contractors, equipment suppliers/vendors, or reviewing agencies.
  • Project Management: Lead, manage, and monitor progress of the civil technical elements within each phase of a project and provide guidance to other team members as an internal technical expert.
  • Engineer of Record: Be the engineer of record on own work product, work of non-licensed engineers, and technologists.
Qualifications
  • Education: Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Engineering with an emphasis in Civil Engineering.
  • Experience: A minimum of ten (10) years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
