About the Role

The Route Sales Representative is a key position within Frito-Lay, responsible for delivering, selling, and merchandising our extensive product line to local stores, including gas stations, dollar stores, and large grocery stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver and Sell Products: Drive a Frito-Lay truck to different stores, unload orders, and merchandise products to maximize sales.
  • Build Relationships: Partner with store managers to increase sales, order products, and maintain records throughout the day.
  • Grow Sales: Develop relationships with customers, sell in displays, and complete national initiatives to drive sales growth.
  • Operate a Frito-Lay Truck: Safely operate a company vehicle, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.

Requirements
  • Age and Driver's License: Be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver's license with proof of insurance.
