Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team at Southstar Capital LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships with small to mid-size companies and organizations in your designated market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain business relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Prospect for new business opportunities and make sales calls to achieve monthly sales quotas.
  • Build a network of clients and prospects to support future sales growth.
  • Participate in community organizations and local business networking events to expand our company's presence.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in a business and/or finance-related field.
  • Established network of business clients and prospects.
  • Skilled at finding and sourcing new client opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, CRM, and PowerPoint.
