Business Development Representative

At Novatech, we're seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving sales revenue growth.

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue growth targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other sales activities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Novatech's products and services
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Outside sales experience preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM) and Microsoft Office
  • A valid driver's license and reliable insured vehicle
